For Proprietorship / Individual Agents:

Proof of Identity: (e.g., Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License)
Proof of Address: (e.g., Aadhaar Card, Utility Bill - Electricity/Water/Gas, Bank Statement, Passport)
PAN Card: Individual PAN Card.
Bank Account Details: Bank statement or cancelled cheque for agent commission/payouts.
Shop/Office Address Proof: (e.g., Rent Agreement, Property Documents, Utility Bill for the business premises)
Passport-sized Photographs: Recent photographs of the proprietor/applicant.
GST Registration Certificate: (If applicable, and if the business is registered under GST)

For Partnership Firm / Company / LLP Agents:

Certificate of Incorporation/Registration: (e.g., Company Registration Certificate, Partnership Deed, LLP Agreement)
Company/Firm PAN Card.
GST Registration Certificate: Mandatory for businesses registered under GST.
Board Resolution/Authorization Letter: Authorizing a signatory to act on behalf of the company/firm.

Required Documents for FASTag Activation

To activate your FASTag, you will typically need to provide the following documents. Please ensure you have both original documents for verification and clear photocopies ready.

Vehicle-Related Documents:

Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC): Mandatory document proving vehicle ownership.
Vehicle Chassis Number: Usually found on the RC or stamped on the vehicle's chassis.

Owner's Identity & Address Proof:

ID Proof: (Any one of the following)
- Aadhaar Card
- PAN Card
- Driving License
- Passport
- Voter ID
Address Proof: (Any one of the following)
- Aadhaar Card
